I am looking forward to performing at the Orokonui Ecosanctuary, in Waitati, near Dunedin on the afternoon of Sunday 29th June, for a Matariki fundraiser gig for the sanctuary.

I will be accompanied by Ben Lemi who plays now for Trinity Roots and many other Wellington based bands, including Upper Hutt Posse. Ben is a hugely talented multi-instrumentalist and is always a pleasure to perform with.

I am now living in Wellington, based in Karori, not far from Zealandia, a well-established wildlife sanctuary where I love to go for walks and be surrounded by the ngahere. We are lucky to have birds such as kaka, kakariki, tui and fantails come and visit us regularly.

We are really pleased to be coming back to Otepoti and particularly to be able to support this fundraising gig for the Orokonui Ecosanctuary, which is such a great initiative, ensuring that we have our amazing native species survive for future generations.
